What to bring 

In order for me to complete your ENG1 Medical you:

MUST bring one form of photo ID (Driving Licence, Passport, or Discharge Book) 

MUST bring last ENG1 Medical Certificate if you have one

MUST bring glasses if needed. If you wear contact lenses please attend without them in, but be able to put them in during visual test and bring some spare glasses

MUST avoid exposure to loud noises for 16 hours prior to appointment (may impact on hearing test if undertaken).

MUST be able to provide a urine specimen during the medical

Basic hearing and Eye test is part of the medical, but advisable to have an eye check and hearing test at the opticians before the medical if you have a known problem (e.g. hearing aid etc…) Please bring the report

MUST bring any medications, recent letters or blood test results, discharge notes etc. which relate to medical known medical conditions or treatments since the last medical examination

ADVISABLE to have a dental check up before this medical
